Uhhh not sure what you mean? I’ve been in Law Enforcement for over 25 years and have been a PBA delegate, if you are no longer employed by an agency, you have no duty to cooperate with an Internal Affairs investigation.

What internal affairs investigation? It’s a CRIMINAL investigation.

In your hazy way of thinking do you think you are untouchable because you quit?

You might not cooperate with an IA investigation, but resigning wouldn’t give you a get-out-of-jail free card for past crimes.
