They are not victims, they just made poor decisions.
We don’t need another monument to people that made bad choices.
I agree about this whole Monument-Epidemic thing. It is inappropriate. Saying it’s just bad decisions is a bit simplistic. A LOT of people get hooked on this crap following accidents etc.
kinda like the whole AIDS thing.....
for those that contracted that malady the old fashioned way.....well....as my daddy used to say..”if you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.”
