“”The president wasn’t fully briefed by his lawyers on the implications” of not invoking executive privilege, Bannon told the Post. “It was a strategic mistake to turn over everything without due process, and executive privilege should be exerted immediately and retroactively.” “
No sh!t. Stone was right—Trump’s lawyers slowed walked Trump to the gallows. Farking idiots.
Trump doesn’t need to fire Rosenstein
He just needs to tell Sessions to do it
Done and done
Bannon has a handle on it
Executive privilege forward and back is a stroke of genius
Trump needs Brendan Sullivan as his attorney, best known for defending Oliver North during the Iran Contra Hearings. Sullivan is getting up there in years, but is hands down the best white-collar criminal defense attorney and a pit bull who goes on offense.
Can it be done retroactively? I imagine that question would be in the courts before the sound of the President's voice ordering it faded.
