According to whom?
There’s nothing illegal about Trump firing any underling he wants. The DOJ is not some un-elected entity separate from the executive branch, some extra-constitutional ‘check’ on the President of the United States.
The DOJ is conducting a coup. Period. They need to be rounded up by the U.S. Marines and sent to gitmo—to await treason trials and hangings.
Schumer says under the Code of Federal Regulations, not law.
