1. Source would almost have to be from inside Mueller’s camp, though SDNY could be another possibility. Yet another illegal leak, if true, or a misleading half-truth. Could be something ambiguous that they want to take as an indication that Cohen was there.
2. If not true, it is from a trouble-maker of some kind who is trying to exploit the recent raid on Cohen’s offices to spread another whopper, perhaps to make it look like Trump is under more pressure to fire Mueller.
