If we do not act what kind of a messages does that send to a country like North Korea?

Considering NK is a puppet of China, it sends no message. We will never attack NK. The attack on Syria makes no sense at all. The "they may have used chemical weapons" ploy convinces almost no one these days.

I could not disagree more. The message sent to North Korea says that President Trump means business. There is a new Sheriff in town and it is not Obama.
