I did stupid things in the late 60s early 70s. I should hate them. But it was a learning experience I lived through. And I don’t hate the times then.

My favorite things about the late 60s. Apollo 8 circled the moon and the crew read from the bible. Apollo 11 landed on the moon. I experienced the Woodstock music and arts festival in White Lake NY.

The creation of the Canadian-American Challenge Cup (Can-Am) unlimited racing in 1966 with huge American V8 engines and big wings!

Discovering girls was rather cool, too, almost as good as the loud throaty growl of the monster V8s.
