The problem is hotels are not just used for prostitution, just like Craigslist wasn’t just used for looking for hookers, they all have legitimate uses.
Man shows up with a woman to obtain a hotel room for the night, the woman could be his wife, girl friend, mistress, co-worker, or even a hooker, do we need hotel staff questioning each of them in some sort of interrogation setup? Separate them, ask them if they know each other, their names, inspect the man’s wallet for cash and condoms? Check the woman’s purse for condoms? Inspect their bags?
At some point where does it end? What two consenting adults do, is none of my business.
Best thing to do is go after the pimps and the traffickers who are doing this in the first place. Build the wall to keep these low lifes out. Proper immigration so illegal women and girls are not forced into prostitution by these monsters.
People don’t understand that illegal immigration created this problem.
I really don’t care if a consenting man and woman are getting a hotel room and I don’t care if the man paid her to spend the night with him. As long as it was her choice, in the end of the day, who cares?

Sex trafficking or any human trafficking is illegal. So advertising it or facilitating it online is also illegal.
So, I guess you view human trafficking as just another vicitimless crime? If you think most prostitutes are in a voluntary contract, you need to get out of your libertarian utopia more. Trafficking is real, and it’s not just on Craigslist or in seedy hotels. The internet has facilitated trafficking on a scale unimaginable just a few years ago. Those who knowingly engage in it, and those who facilitate trafficking are all guilty.
The vast majority of women who sell their bodies for sex are not "trafficked" against their will. They're not sex slaves. They're not coerced. They enter these business arrangements willingly, sometimes to support drug habits, often because it is easy money.
Do you know why they use pimps? Because they'll earn more money with a pimp taking his 25% than they'll earn not using a pimp at all. A pimp's job is to round up the white guys who will pay more money and not cause trouble. And if a customer starts causing trouble, the pimp deals with him, not the girl.
There's the Hollywood version and then there's the real one.

If a woman is doing this all voluntarily, is she being “trafficked”? I think we are using the term human trafficking to mean prostitution, and in most cases it is isn’t the case. The Internet has also made it easier to catch human trafficking as well, tracing IP address, phone numbers, ads, pictures, etc is very easy with the Internet. So not only did the Internet created the problem, it is also the solution.

But I will say this, pimps are also not there for the girls either, they are there for their money and that is all they care about. A pimp will beat a girl down if he thinks he isn’t getting his “fair share” which is usually more then half what the prostitute takes in.
And yes drug use is rampant and can be a reason a girl does this. Some do it because they actually like it, it is a thrill or an adventure.
Another great thing the President signed into law by executive order the other day while the media was focused on Stormy Daniels was the end of welfare checks for illegals. Then again, it’s probably a good thing that the media was distracted from the welfare reforms, so they couldn’t rev up the liberal activists.

shutting down the website did not shut down the operations, they are still going on, and will continue as long as we have a swiss cheese border that allows the traffickers to smuggle in the women/girls on a daily basis.
Don’t look for beloved liberal constitutional genius Alan Dershowitz to spend a lot of time on this. When he worked for child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, his pay included bonus sex with a 16 year old. We should understand how good that felt for an older married homely world class attorney, and give him some slack since he kisses up to our conservative hosts now. Right?
