Former president Bill Clinton was caught with his pants down again, getting ready to ogle pretty young girls in a viral photo.
In the comical photo posted by Barstool Sports, Clinton is seen with his zipper undone as two hot blondes walk past him on what appears to be a college campus.
The lack of context for the viral photo makes it even more hilarious, since Bill looks dazed and confused, like he doesn’t know why he's standing there on a sidewalk. It also does not appear that the former president is accompanied by any of his chaperones or security guards.

His hand looks all "house of wax", and considering what his left hand is doing, well, 'nuff said. This could also be Disney's new-look version of the Clinton automaton for the Hall of Presiidents, it's much more realistic.

"Clinton's Economy" started under the previous president, and was helped by the tech boom and Y2K.
His "balanced budget" was a result of the end of the Cold War.
None of this had anything to do with his policies, yet this is why we've had to put up with him and his family all these years.

Knuckles of a left hand on the very far right of the picture about half way up (in the window). Looks like he'd be in position to see what the women are doing.
