I was severely scalded when I was 25. I had a hard time staying conciouse long enough to call an ambulance. Nobody deserves to die likebthis.

Agreed, but it was self inflicted, so my sympathy meter simply isn't moving.

I hope you have recovered...getting burned is a terrible thing to endure...

A pretty good argument could be made that those who intentionally set themselves on fire deserve to die like this.

Since he CHOSE to do so, I guess he thought HE deserved to die like that. I wonder if he was dying of AIDS anyway and decided not to go slowly.
