Congress should be writing the rules into law themselves rather than being extremely lazy and giving the Agencies near full autonomy.

What happens if government employees become a tribe and decide you are a member of a different tribe that they hate?

Congress needs to fumigate Obama’s “seventeen intelligence agencies”. They seem to have been infiltrated by America-hating, communist agents.

The Congressional Review Act is unequivocal. Agencies must submit every rule to Congress for review.

Next step: For each new rule passed, two must be repealed.

The primary problem is that rules the government must follow do not come with any teeth in most instances. Break them and nothing happens. That’s what happens when you let them right the rules themselves. There needs to be a default penalty for rules without stated penalties. At least a year in jail and a fine.

The Congressional Review Act is unconstitutional for the following reason imo.

The Founding States made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, evidently a good place to hide these clauses from Congress (sarc), to clarify that all federal legislative powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, nor in faceless bureaucrats running constitutionally undefined federal regulatory agencies like the EPA.

Here's Section 1 of Article I.

"Article I, Section 1: All legislative Powers herein granted [emphasis added] shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."

What's going on with the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress and legislative powers is this imo. Career lawmakers are wrongly establishing constitutionally undefined federal regulatory agencies to front-end “federal” legislative powers, arguably stolen state powers in most cases, with non-elected bureaucrats, basically so that bureaucrats can do Congress's unconstitutional, unpopular legislative work for it.

”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.

This is because, by having bureaucrats do their dirty work for them with stolen state powers, uniparty lawmakers are able to keep their voting records clean.

And by keeping their voting records clean, crook lawmakers are able to fool low-information patriots, patriots who have probably never been taught about the federal government's constitutionally limited powers, into reelecting them over and over again.

In other words, by hiding behind unconstitutional federal regulatory agencies, Congress is not only allowing the federal government to be run with stolen state powers, but is wrongly nullifying voting power.

The remedy …

Patriots need to finish the job that they started when they elected Trump president.

More specifically, patriots now need to be making sure that there are plenty of state sovereignty-respecting, Trump-supporting patriot candidates on the 2018 primary ballots. Patriot candidates must commit to surrendering state powers that the feds have been stealing from the states back to the states.

Patriots then need to pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day.

And until the states wake up and repeal 17A, as evidenced by concerns about the integrity of the outcome of Alabama's and Pennsylvania's special elections, patriot candidates need to win elections by a large enough margin to compensate for possible deep state ballot box fraud and associated MSM scare tactics.

As I posted on another thread, our legion of federal “regulators” can only keep their jobs if they keep coming up with “regulations” for us to submit to.

This is one of the biggest problems the nation faces. Trump should put an end to this tyranny of the bureaucrats.
