The link you provided was not derived directly from the Swiss report so it is no more believable than the RT article itself. So I’m still not believing that the Swiss report says what RT says it says. I’m reserving judgment until the Swiss (or the UN which has it) release their report and we can see it ourselves.
I’ll be surprised if it is released at all. I’ve become accustomed to being misled and lied to by many “authorities”.
Sure it could have been the Russians, but where is the motive? And would it benefit or hurt them?
