I wonder if the California governor understands the words, “commander in chief?” Oh well, if the national guard is federalized, I am sure that the troops understand what commander in chief means.
Also I Trump “federalizes” the Ca guard that will send a message to the California independence dementia dreamers. A “Flower Power” only rebellion is not a good idea!
