My wife is a pharmacist and says the legal supply of fentanyl is so tight that she can’t get any for the hospital she works in.
That’s liberal thinking for you. They believe that cracking down of the legitimate and legal supply of fentanyl will suddenly make the illegal supply disappear. It’s worked so well for drugs that they want to apply it to guns.
My next door neighbor is a Pharmacist. He says you see it very rarely in clinical context. At nearly 100x more powerful than morphine, he equates it to trying to carefully crack an egg with a sledgehammer. The few times he does see it is usually end of life pain management.
(Context - I’m a medical underwriter, we talk about these things.)
Unfortunately, many conservatives are all for this. Some right here. Tucker Carlson is a perfect example.
