Yep. Expected. Prayers for the Bush family.

She lived a long life but lets not forget she was a New England liberal who supported abortion and same-sex marriage. as did her daughter in law Laura Bush.

She lived a long life, and by all accounts, was a faithful, supportive wife, and wonderful mother. I hope the same can be said of me, when I’m gone.

The end of a noteworthy chapter of U.S. political history despite one’s politics.

Wow, that was fast. I had no idea how imminent her death would be following her refusal to accept extraordinary life saving efforts.

RIP Mrs. Bush. I shook both she and her husband’s hands when I was stationed overseas and GHWB was Vice President.
She always conducted herself well as a representative of our nation.

When my mother was being evaluated for dementia they asked her who the president of the United States was.
She answered: I don’t remember but I sure do like his wife Barbara Bush. We wrote the First Lady and told her the story. She sent mother the sweetest hand written note and picture which mom kept with her family pictures next to her bed.
Always appreciate this kindness and her caring heart. Never had much for GHWB (only time I skipped an election) but BB was a good egg

May she RIP. However, I am done with the Bush family. They have shown that they are the swamp and put BUSH before USA.

RIP. She was a good lady.
She was key to stabilizing the White House in the 1990s—the second decade of the coo-koo counter-culture revolution.
prayers for the comforting of all of those who loved her.
I will miss her
with heartfelt respect and love...
