About 704 pounds of dynamite stolen from Atlantic Sunrise pipeline site; $10K reward for information
I hope they ended up in the right hands.
Dynamite is great, but mortars are the ideal guerrilla weapon. Ideal.
On a previous thread it was stated that ATT was offering a $10,000 reward.
;-)
I’m familiar with the area. Likely just yokels.
“The ATF said 400 blasting caps were also taken.”
Well, they seem to have half a clue of what to do.
Most job fun I’ve ever had was loading and blasting 50’ drill holes in a jack-leg quarry operation back in the day.
Punch a cap into a dynamite stick and lower it down with the wires to the bottom then drop in another stick. If you heard a splash keep dropping in more sticks until the splashes stop then fill the hole with a few bags of ANFO.
One time it rained and holes had more water than typical. The usual shot only took one or two sticks. This time it was six or seven.
The fly-rock on that shot took out a storage building and conveyor belt.
Gosh, what were they securing all weekend that was more important than a third of a ton of Iredyne?
If someone tries to get into my locked car an alarm will go off, I will receive a text and a phone call to advise me. My car will disable itself. The same will happen if someone tries to move my car by jacking it up or towing it. The theft security includes tracking and shutting it down if anyone defeated the first level of security.
Why in the heck aren’t explosives kept as secure??
Has anyone asked James Comey or Robert Mueller?
