If these Chevron employees are American citizens, it’s time for US to move in.
I suspect they are not, however.
I’m willing to bet a lot that they are not US Citizens. They may not be from Venezuela though. Chevron has a huge gang of green card / H1B types in Houston b/c they are relatively cheap and willing to live here for cheap.
