But the line is moving fast so I get up to the window and she hands me my food. I asked what I owe and she said, "our computers are down so the food is free"... I offered to make a donation and she refused it - against the rules - the food was free and she wished me a nice day. Typical Chick fil A... great chicken sandwiches. Honorable employees.

New York is a sh*t hole.
I seem to recall a story from a year or so ago about cars being stranded on a highway due to a blizzard. CFA sent food and drinks to the stranded motorists FREE.
I think they did something similar after hurricane Harvey hit Texas. They opened on a Sunday and sent food and drink to people in shelters FREE.
The pot pie was good. It’s no longer available.

The buns have been stale when I have ordered the sandwich.

We had a dog lady in our agency (very large agency) who used to claim that her dogs were just like children to her and loved her the same way that children do. I have five and tried to explain that there was a difference but I got nowhere. I used to say that there was nothing like the first time your child throws their arms around your neck and says “I Love You”.
Quite awhile later she stops me in a cubicle and explains that she and her husband finally had a child and that the child hugged her like that. She sincerely wanted to tell me how much the difference meant to her.
Happy and fulfilled. What a way to go through life.
Queers have a lot of disposable income. Let em spend it on conversion therapy instead of AIDS research.
In SE Wisconsin, many customers of the chain seem to think the parking lot doubles as a garbage can.
That really surprises me. We have been to Wisconsin several times and what I noticed was that it is a very clean state. We have never seen any trash on the highways and streets.
Next try: “They’re killing innocent little chickens because of you, you nazis! Haven’t you ever heard of animal rights?!”

I liked the summer Taco soup as well. Not sure if they still have it.
By contrast I doubt Starbucks ever helped anyone without gobs of self-serving virtue signaling. It's the difference between being good for good's sake and being a lowlife creepy liberal organization.
