Q is careless and ignorant. Pelosi’s comment references missile technology, not nukes. It has been no secret since the 1990s that North Korea will sell missiles and missile technology if they can, and Myanmar and Iran are certainly known to have purchased. What Pelosi said does not sound the least bit classified, it is common knowledge, in the open, among people who follow these issues. Not classified, though of course there would be many reports and details that are classified. But Pelosi does not reference any details or reports.
Would they also sell nukes to just about anyone??? Maybe, but that is NOT what Pelosi’s comment is about. It IS another reason to insist that they end their nuclear weapons programs, of course. But Pelosi’s comment on the video is about missiles, not nukes, and it is not news.

Yes, Pelosi talks about missiles AND proliferation. Proliferation is a term used in context of nukes. If you don’t follow, take it up with Pelosi.
NK has sophisticated missiles. They bought them. Bought them with what? Arms trade. Pelosi knows.

Highest level intel knows that certain agents selling the US out, selling to many rogues, NK included. Pelosi mentions intel, buying/selling.

My take: Pelosi is not negotiating arms sales with NK, she has others to do that. She acts as broker and collects a percentage.
The open questions are what is NK trading in return?
Narcotics?
Children?
Plutonium?
She comingled technologies and made a careful refetence to minitutaruation... TI too much information and when in a committee position it becomes a statement. Even things know may not be speculative generalizations by members.
