What am I missing? Title says no opt out, but third paragraph says there is the ability to opt out.
Either way: Homeschool.
When they introduced the law they said opt out was ok in order to get the law passed.
Now that the law is in effect, they say they can do whatever they want.
It is the school district administration saying that students can not opt out.
