I hadn't watched any cable or network news for years, but there was no way I wasn't going to watch the returns in 2016. The most bizarre thing I've ever seen in my 70 years was a that a losing Presidential candidate did not make an appearance to concede, and thank the people who had worked tirelessly for her. Those people at the Javitz Center had been there all day, waiting for the polls to close, and although defeated, they stuck around because they figured their fearless leader would be coming to the center. But she didn't show, didn't even connect with them through a satellite hook-up. Instead, she sends her flunky John Podesta out to imitate Ferris Bueller, and tell everyone that the show is over, and that they should all go home. I've always known that Hillary was a self-serving b*tch, with a horrible temper, and an ingrate, but that night she really showed how little she cared for the people who had worked their a$$es off for her throughout the campaign. The sad thing is that most of those fools have never realized how much she had taken them for granted, used them, and then simply dumped them like garbage.
“The sad thing is that most of those fools have never realized how much she had taken them for granted, used them, and then simply dumped them like garbage.”
The sadder thing is that they continue to take her side despite her dumping them, as you say, like garbage.
