Only happens if Joe comes to his senses and drops out which seems unlikely. Joe, for all of his qualities seems to have a bit of an inflated ego. He cannot win a statewide election and will guarantee a McSally win in the primary if he stays in.
It served him well protecting our borders but he's getting all the wrong advice here.
