“[Steyn] does not suffer fools, and while clever, he can be abrupt, temperamental, sarcastic, cutting, hurtful and rude. His zealous guarding of his time and personal space was seen as condescending by most around him,” retired Judge Elaine Gordon wrote in the decision.
"His fascination with music or cats (was) barely understood by those producing shows for a conservative political network.”
