Not only ban any cars over 4 cylinders but also all automatics - - only stick shifts with manual transmissions -

It's the fully automatic transmissions that are the problem. That and all of the rear seats have been removed making the van much higher capacity than what you can normally buy.

These types of vans are tools of work and there is no place for them in the hands of common men on the streets of our cities.

No regular citizen needs one of these "fully automatic, work grade vehicles".
