No reasonable prosecutor would bring charges......

In this case, Hillary and Bill are out of the picture, it’s the administrator or chief officer of the Foundation who would have walk into court and explain himself. For that much money....you’d likely do some jail-time (fed-jail). But I would go one step further....this might not be the first time that they laundered money, and there might be an audit to go back a full decade, and examine how they operated.
And she will never do a day of time for it.
