That actual area isn’t. It’s west of TI and is generally middle class/upper middle class - lots of Asians and whites. East of TI, not so much.

Looks again. Due north of the Home Depot, across Cottonwood Creek, is Hamilton Park. It isn’t upper middle class, and it certainly isn’t white. Sounds like you are thinking about the area east of Greenville (some nice areas over there) or further south closer to Royal (I’ve never had occasion to go up into that area.)

You probably don’t want to park your car at the Forest station to ride DART.
