Bullseye.

The question is how to counteract it?

My guess is that millions of small donors can swamp them, but it is hard to organize millions of small donors.

What might you suggest?

I’ve been for the following: NOTHING can be ‘given’ by any entity that cannot pull the lever; nor can donations be received from ‘external’ source(s) [run for State position, only can come from intraState, Pres = whole of U.S. & territories.]

No time, no property, no support, no...ZERO, zilch, nada should be allowed by non-voting\’foreign’ entities
