Five children ranging in ages from 10 to 16 were arrested and face both criminal charges and potential school disciplinary action...

School disciplinary action? What do the schools have to do with this? It occurred in a public movie theater on a Sunday night.

Criminal and/or civil charges should be pursued, but directly involving their schools in their punishment is over-reach as far as I am concerned.
