This is Democrats with historically high turnout and Republicans not even flexing their muscles yet. I'm not one to get over confident, but the numbers beat idle uninformed speculation by non Texans any day of the week.

And yet, by a recent poll they are nearly tied in the margin of error. Go figure. Maybe lots of Texas see through Lyn’ Ted, have had enough of him, and would stomach Beto as an alternative.
