Help us out here and provide the definition that the jury should use.

I read once that a Supreme Court judge (can't recall which one) was once asked to define "pornography".I think that he responded by saying something like "I can't define it but I know it when I see it".

Well,I can't really define "consent"...but I know it when I see it.

Well,I can't really define "consent"...but I know it when I see it.

What is your confidence level that 12 jurors will all "know" the same thing about the evidence in the Cosby case? Or is that not important?

If the jury is to use "community standards" to decide what constitutes consent, which community is to be the standard? It's not hard to believe that the Hollywood community standards would be different than yours or mine.
