That sounds lovely. I just had something similar served at a NYC restaurant called Sandro’s. It was ravioli stuffed with lemon and ricotta in a gorgeous cheese sauce.
I haven’t read about the Mt. Vernon menu nor seen pix. I was just there at Christmastime and would love to know where they ate on the estate - perhaps the large, Wedgewood-Blue dining room?! I hope so.
