I have to say that if I was on that jury, I’d vote for innocent even if I believed he did it. The exception would be if there are violent particulars.
When this much time goes by, I see it as a pure money grab. I’m really against that. Jury nullification can be a very good thing.

62 victims didn’t seek money! I was molested by a family member and didn’t report it. I told my sister that her boyfriend tried to rape me. I was about 12, he was early 20s. She laughed and said if I told anyone she would say I had messed around with Daryl. Daryl? Who is that? No clue. But they made me feel like it was my fault. She said he told her he was going to prove I was a slut, whore, etc. I was home alone, I was just a skinny little prepubescent girl, not even old enough to date yet, and he really came at me, but I fought him off.
I kept it to myself for decades. Then He started being really Mean to me, my mom, my husband, my sister, our kids... my mother said that Larry and I don’t like each other. I said that the only reason I could think of that he said that was because of his attempted attack on me. I hadn’t even thought about it for decades! Maybe guilt was causing him to start acting strange
I found out he tried to molest my little sister twice.
Most of us don’t report these attacks, especially if we fear we will be doubted ...that’s how I see Cosby victims.
