The jury asked about that. There is no definition in the state of consent, but looking at the nearly 100 women who dared come forward, he was not merely giving aspirins and benedryls. He was knocking them out, affecting their brains and memories. He knew what he was doing.

If you are drugged you can’t give consent.

Crux of the biscuit right there. Someone invites a woman over for sex and offers a pill and a drink, she takes the pill and drinks the drink.

If she’s not fully aware of what the combo will do, then that may not be consent.
