I think he’s a rapist and he should go to jail, but - just based on this particular case - there are a TON of process things that give him a good chance of winning on appeal. The fact that the jury asked what consent was, alone, shows that the jurors were not properly briefed on what they would be deciding. The fact that other women were allowed to testify - ones that were not allowed to in the previous trial - could be the basis for a claim that what they testified to was not germane to the three accusations (all from Constand only) that Cosby was on trial for. There’s even a double jeopardy claim that can be made based on the two separate trials.

We all rail about Mueller overstepping his bounds, trampling on the rights of Trump and the people around him. Like seizing attorney client priveledged docs and then leaking them. One potential side affect of this situation is that nobdy will ever accept an immunity deal in return for testimony against someone else.
