In February, state officials announced that 1.1 million pounds of cannabis flower were logged in the state's database. I am not exactly sure what they mean by cannabis flower.
Do they mean buds? If so that would mean there must be at least 10 million pounds of cannabis leaf.
I am fairly sure they dont mean ground cannabis seed. I have never heard of a use for that.

Cannabis flower is bud. Ground cannabis seed is sold as a dietary supplement and baked into bread. Highly nutritious.

I have never heard of a use for that. '...and there I sat on that sack of seeds!' - Ray Stevens (butchered by me). 100 million more pounds of weed.

"...I am fairly sure they dont mean ground cannabis seed. I have never heard of a use for that...."Historically and across cultures, hemp/pot seeds were used as a "last resort" food when the food ran out in early spring.
Pot/hemp seeds are full of calories and oils/fat.
