NORRISTOWN, Pa. Bill Cosby went berserk Thursday just moments after he was convicted of sexual assault as lawyers argued over whether he should be allowed to remain free on bail.
Prosecutors in Montgomery County Court were arguing that the fallen comedian was a flight risk and someone with limitless wealth.

Without doing a lot of research and getting a ‘time line’, I really don’t know.
What I DO know is one day he is talking about the Black ‘family problem’ and shortly thereafter these ‘charges’ sprung up.
Without knowing all the facts or much of anything about the case this does sound odd to me. I suspect he gave them the drugs but I have some serious doubts that the girls were clueless as to what’s going on. In 40 years if people have some qualms about alcohol and weed a lot of people would be left looking like Cosby here. In 2018 in may be ok to talk about sleeping with a girl who was so high or “wasted” but will it be seen in the same light 40 years from now?

Also without a lot of research, I seem to think it was years and years since the civil settlement happened and the stand up comic started calling him a rapist in his act. I mean when Burress started talking about it and it went viral was when I found out about at all, but I thought it was years and years after the settlement happened. What year did he come out about the black family?

Back in the 1960’s when I was an odd boy, Bill Cosby was a cherished friend. His comedy pilloried the foibles of being a human who makes errors in judgement. In a very important way he conveyed a message that it was not a disaster to march to the beat of a different drummer; to overcome embarrassing missteps and forge on to success.
I have believed for a while this would be the inevitable end to all of this. None-the-less, I feel a great sense of loss.

I understand....good for you. I found him hilarious in the old days. He made me laugh until it hurt.
I remember a skit he did about a 2 or 5 year old child dragging a rotten tomato across the floor. Even though I don’t remember the details, I start laughing just thinking about it.
He became a monster and it seems to me he’s going to get only a small sample of what he actually deserves.

What the hell ever happened to the law against double jeopardy? They kept tryimg him in court three times in a row! On the same charges! Until they finally got the judge and the jury and the result they wanted. Plus that ucking fugly goldbricker got $3.4 million from him. A total outrage! War by the left against rich bigly successful men!
It does sound like a shakedown to me.
