I've thought of that, too. I don't believe that 'They' are actually doing it, but 'They' could decide to.Yes, they could, and if they did, I doubt they would tell any of us, since we seem to live in a “1984” world. Sometimes I think I am a little too cynical of the government. 😁

Well, if it helps any, ‘government’ usually does things the cheapest way possible. It’s never very efficient, or productive of quality results, at much of anything ;-)
