...Where are these people now,” Twitter user Cathy Reisenwitz asked.

“So you made helpless and homeless citizens go somewhere else??? But where...

Check your front and back yard, Cathy.

They have ALL been hired and put into executive positions earning $100,000.00/year to help complete the bullet train. What was your earnings, Cathy?

Screw all these societal misfits.

These squatters have less rights that the folks that own the property and need to do business to survive.

After the stabbing and killing of a Ventura resident by a mentally ill vagrant, the city council had a meeting the other day. People were sayin the same things....but where are they gonna go? What’s your solution? Etc. etc.
I want the police to do their job and roust them wherever they see them. Tell them to move on. Pretty soon they would keep moving on somewhere else (I don’t care where). I just want my streets safe again without having to deal with them.
Yeah, I’m heartless.

Many of those folks out on the street, are only there because of bleeding hearts.

Look, it’s a choice for all of us. We work or die. They’ve chosen to die. Let them.

There are missions, christian organizations, even well meaning government agencies willing to help retrain and put people back to work. These folks won’t comply by staying off drugs or alcohol.

I have very little pity for them. They don’t even want a shower or food bad enough to stay clean.

Why should you, I, and the rest of the public have to take on their responsibility?

To heck with that.

There’s help if they want it. If they don’t, I don’t really care.

They should transport them to a sanctuary city. L.A. is at the East end of Ventura County.

People, city councils, policemen, etc need to quit putting up with this crap. If they’re hanging out or camped out tell them to move on. I want our parks usable again by the people who actually pay for them. I won’t go to the pier or the promenade because there are homeless sleeping on the beach. It’s ridiculous that anyone puts up with it.

Enough people have enough spare bedrooms, or other space within existing homes and apartments, to find a place for every homeless individual.

If only it were that easy......

Yes, is not that easy. I was in SF today visiting my brother-in-law. Parking is near impossible in his neighborhood, people have cars parked on the sidewalk as well as at the curb and in driveways. Why?

He tells me that many people have rented out their garages and spare rooms to other people. Multiple families in single family residences. So there are many cars for each residence, and no garage space for enclosing a car within. He's the exception, garaging his only car and not allowing anyone else to share his home. Many people on his block keep their garbage receptacles outside on the sidewalk due to no space in their garage; he mentioned someone stole his neighbors garbage receptacles last week, probably a homeless person. By the way, he's a conservative and dislikes liberals but is a native San Franciscan.
