Where is Holland/s family getting the money for the lawyer? Is there some organization involved in this?!?

Sale of meth seems a warranted conjecture.

Where is Holland/s family getting the money for the lawyer? Contingency fee.The big prize would be the Police Department...the Good Samaritan would just be a source of any insurance coverage she might have (if umbrella policies cover such things). For that matter it appears that she owns a house,so....

Ambulance chasers take cases on contingency. I would think a lawyer would be pretty desperate to gamble on a case like this, however, unless there are some key facts we aren’t being told. Since the dead guy is a dead white male, I don’t see much leverage even with a bad jury.
I’d ask for sanctions from both the lawyer and the client if I was defending the case.

This is going on near were I used to live, but still not far. I don't know if they are being funded in any way, but their attorney is the guy in the pic below. These billboards are all over the area here. Kind of gives you the idea.

They don’t need money bring a suit.
A shyster will take the case on speculation for 40% of the payoff.
