The more Trump wins the more shrill they will become. For the last year they have pinned their hopes on “Russia Russia Russia” and now they realize it is dead and they have not paid attention to the winning policies of this administration. They will double down with ridiculous stuff like this, personal attacks on any person in the administration, and anything else they can grab onto.

It will get far worse than this..... I guarantee it. Their playbook is not working and the panic has set in.

So to save Democracy we must kill Democracy? Just how freaking incoherently stupid will these people become? Everyday I think thy have hit rock bottom and they always manage to sink lower.

Them losing an election is NOT “the demise of the US Republic”. What a sad pathetic group of losers.

Let them try to sustain corporate profits as America slides toward authoritarianism. Let them try to maintain comfortable lifestyles as America descends into angry populist tribalism.

Wow. Talk about an alternate reality. President Trump is *stopping* the slide to American Facism, pushed so hard by Progressives.

President Obama did all he could to push Identity politics. Which is the very definition of angry tribalism.

Projection, big time.

Leftist always accuse their opponents of what they are doing.

As more and more of these misfits come out of hiding, it becomes more clear why Hillary Clinton lost.

A lot of Democrats stayed home or voted for third-party candidates because they recognized that the modern Democrat Party has precisely the same fascist Wall Street agenda that defined the GOP for years.

In effect, these voters knew damn well that there would be almost no difference between the administrations of Hillary Clinton and George W. Bush.

Reich has a right to his own political opinions. He does not, however, have the right to insist on imposing those opinions on others. His bio states that he was bullied as a child, because he had epiphyseal dysplasia that caused him to be short. So, he should know better than to act like a bully now - as he has throughout his time in the Clinton administration. He is another ‘I have a law degree from Yale and I'm smarter than everyone who doesn't agree with me’ jerk - most of whom don't realize that they're not ‘all that’, and that it's likely harder to graduate with an engineering degree from U. Conn or Quinnipiac than it is to graduate from Yale law school - from which Hillary graduated before failing the bar exam in DC.

You are correct, and your observations reinforce my belief that we MUST get off of the ideologically pure position that we have to maintain laissez-faire when it comes to private business.

The Left is using it’s pull over private business to use Facebook to censor speech and to use banks to put gun dealers out of business. And because we’re more wedded to ideology than survival, we’re letting them.

In the mid-90’s Clinton/Carville midget tossing parties it is said that Janet Reno threw Robert Reich 37 feet with a one handed bourbon fuelled monster throw...

A record which remains unbroken to this day...👍

The One Percent on Wall Street must save the nation by taking political control from President Donald Trump, says former President Bill Clinton’s far-left labor secretary. “If the leaders of American business remain silent about what Trump is doing to American democracy, they will be complicit in its demise,” Robert Reich begged Wall Street CEOs in the April 26 San Francisco Chronicle.
Yeah, a coup d'etat by a rich oligarchy, that'll save American democracy. Thanks blam.

I expect Reich to be talking about impeaching Trump shortly.

Reich never gets far off the floor with any of his recommendations.

Reich’s opinions have changed very little from 10 or even 15 years ago.

I probably should cut short my comments before I run them into the ground.
