Perhaps the shoulder surgery will be done by a wise Latina woman who only got where she is because of Affirmative Action.
They make this seem routine. However, her type 1 diabetes will make the recovery difficult. Recent low blood sugar and her fall (diabetes related) means she might beat Kennedy out the door.
The wise Latina not wise enough to de-obese herself as a diabetic.

And I also wonder, really really wonder, what could go wrong during the procedure. like, worse case scenario.
