Apparently, she's not the Tejano singer of the same name.
But you can find somebody online complaining about Peña being involved in a scandal a decade back.
I don't want to give a link because it could just be somebody with a personal ax to grind, but the blogger sounds convinced that there was some wrong-doing going on ten years ago.
