Good that the wind died down but bad that you didn’t get any rain. Maybe you’ll get some later this week when a system blows up over that part of the country. They were talking about it on the Nashville weather report this evening.
It certainly DOES take a little getting used to! LOL! It was decent the past couple of days but our lows were in the 30s the last two nights. I THINK that’s finally over but we’ve thought that before.
I’m not totally giving up hope, but we have seen those chances come and go while we’re still dry as a bone too many times this year. Been 4 1/2 months with about .5 of an inch, if that.
Crazy that it gets so chilly at night there after the nice warm-up during the day. Maybe it’s better this way instead of instant heat way too soon.
Oh! The GGO cam has focused on a new hollow tree with actual owlies in it. No babies yet that I can tell. I’m happy!
