TCruz may finally be waking up to the tough challenge he will face on Nov. 6, with a monolith of big city voters aiming to defeat him. They thinks this O’Rourke reminds them of John F. Kennedy, but O’Rourke looks more like Bobby Kennedy.

Texans in 2017 received a total of $26.3 billion in federal money from welfare programs like Medicaid, food stamps and cash grants to needy families.

I'm guessing its the large illegal population.
