Tom’s another liberal that I don’t support in any way, but 1968...that’s absurd. I think 5 years is a reasonable time frame for reporting. Special exceptions might be possible. Common sense should be the final arbiter.

I love how Mr. Brokaw described the Variety/Washington Post stories as a 'drive-by' shooting.
The left created this gotcha witch hunt and they're shocked when it happens to them.
I would have a modicum of respect for Mr. Brokaw and others if they spent the rest of their lives denouncing 'hit job' journalism.
