Worse than Beria? Mueller Could Damage the World
PJ Media ^ | 2 May 2018 | Roger Simon

Nearly a year ago Alan Dershowitz said on CNN:

I don’t like criminal investigations to start hoping that you have the target, maybe we’ll find the crime. Maybe we’ll find the statute. If we can’t find the statute we’ll stretch the statute to fit the person. That sounds like Lavrentiy Beria and Joseph Stalin. ‘Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.’ I don’t want to ever see that come to America."

Unfortunately -- through no fault of Dershowitz's, who has done yeoman work -- it has come to that, and then some. Robert Mueller, unwittingly or not, has revealed himself to be a loyal follower of Comrade Beria, but unlike the monstrous head of Stalin's secret police, he does his work in the unique, seemingly sanitized American way we call "process crimes." Mueller's watchword might be "Show me the man and I'll make him so addled I can nail him for lying." Not as pithy as Beria, but sufficient to put people like Scooter Libby in jail.

And now it's worse than a mere presidential adviser. As everyone knows, Mueller's current target is the president himself, Donald Trump. Whoever -- in the unending series of leaks that have corrupted our legal system beyond recognition -- released the 49 questions Mueller putatively intends to ask the president is of tangential importance. What is important is the nature of the questions themselves -- their deliberate fishing expedition-style vagueness that no one could possibly answer correctly (what were you thinking when you....?) -- and that Mueller has evidently threatened the president with a subpoena if he does not do so.

Dershowitz is 100% correct, it has been a witch hunt all along.

Muller and the corrupt Marxists decided Trump was a criminal the minute he beat the crazed, pro-war Hellary.

Trump is the President of Peace, dealing with the highest stakes and problems of huge complexity on the world stage

I don’t like Mueller, but Lavrenty Beria was a singularly vicious killer, I like Roger Simon, but that’s a bit over the top.

“Mueller Could Damage the World”

That would make him powerful. Leftists and globalists dig on that.

If I were President, I would be looking very carefully at connections between Mueller and certain foreign governments.

Another scalp this prick got was Gibson guitars. He was in charge of the Obama politically motivated swatting of their facilities.

I will have to refresh my memory on Roger Simon with some lookup.

My vague recollection is, and I could be as wrong as Maxine Waters performing integral calculus, during the S&L crisis he bought several failed banks with the understanding that certain liabilities (aka bad loans) would be expunged. After he bought them, the Fed restored the liabilities, making the value of what he bought about 3/8ths of what he was promised he was buying. IOW he got royally hosed.

I think everyone has had it. It’s time for this to be over. I want to know how much of our money is being wasted on this crap.

“...their deliberate fishing expedition-style vagueness that no one could possibly answer correctly (what were you thinking when you....?) “

The good thing that Donald Trump has that the rest of us don’t is the simple phrase, “Executive Privilege.” Between that and “I choose not to answer that question, as is my right under the 5th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution,” Trump won’t do so badly.

Oh, and Trump had BETTER not do a personal interview, even without recordings. He needs to answer these questions, IF AT ALL, in writing with his attorneys actually doing the writing.

Since they told President Trump repeatedly that he is not a target; they should give him full immunity if they want to ask questions. They handed out immunity like candy to Hillary’s minions.

No, they decided on the strategy (falsely making Trump a criminal) LONG before Election Day. In June 2016, Fusion GPS subcontracted Steele to research and compile the dossier. That means they embarked on this contemptible path before that, probably in the January to May 2016 time frame. This was a carefully contrived plot by Clinton and DNC operatives to prevent his election, and, if that failed, morph it immediately into this farcical and interminable kangaroo court / slow coup.

endless investigation that was once about collusion with Russia but is now about obstruction of justice in the investigation of a collusion that never happened

Even more than that, Mueller is using this case to try to break new legal ground with expansive theories of what constitutes obstruction of justice.

And like collusion that never happened, no "justice" was ever actually "obstructed," even by the terms of Mueller's ridiculous legal theories. Flynn was absurdly investigated for a "Logan Act" violation and caught in a perjury trap. Mueller was not fired. Sessions was not fired. Rosenstein was not fired.

Mueller's novel interpretation of obstruction of justice law is really just a way to protect his fishing expedition until it finally finds something on Trump, maybe a 10-year-old bribed zoning commission member for a new Trump hotel, or something like that, that they can 'nail' the president on in an obviously-contrived legal coup to remove Trump and return to the open borders, mass immigration, global-trade-regime and increasingly totalitarian government imposed on Americans that the Ruling Class desire, at least until the USA has been fully looted by them and they move on to elsewhere in the world.

Lady Justice is being gang raped in plain sight of God and everybody but none will attempt to stop it because they fear to be the next target.

But God will have the final judgement.

The Left thinks it is fine to erode personal liberties to make it easier for prosecutors to convict people, because they know that most lawyers are Democrats and they are not afraid of such tactics being used on them in the future.
