Dr. Sowell wrote my freshman economics textbook. I’d hvae him bring along his friend Walter E. Williams too.

I’m glad this open letter mentioned Alan Keys. Dr. Keyes is a brilliant man who doesn’t get enough love from our side of the aisle. And conservative as they come. One can learn a LOT from Alan Keyes.

(Full discolosure: I was a Keyester, a firm supporter when he ran. I was on his “slate” here in my state.)

I recall some lib-to-libertatian types who had heard that Rush Limbaugh was a keep-em-barefoot-an-pregnant type anti-feminist, a falwell type figure from the religious right, etc. Then one day they saw his then-on-the-air early 90s tv show. And they saw things (preyoutube) that the networks weren’t covering (like Clinton laughing then crying on camera at Ron Brown’s funeral).

Sometimes eyeopening discoveries can be made and people wake up to the many years of lies that the MSM has fed them.

I applaud your benevolent side. I can see this list swell with suggestions for similar like minded teachers and role models, benefiting anyone held in captivity by the left’s oppressively real and perceived plantation walls.

I think that’s exactly my point. When you look at my “list” of people there, he’s is good company esp with LL Cool J and 50 Cent. The women listed there are talented in their own right.

Sometimes, like Bob Dylan, your career ricochets into a another direction, which it might do too with Kanye. I hate to say this, or maybe I should. What does the Kardashian chick bring to the table? She’s a trophy wife? I don’t see him growing with her in the picture.
