There have been quite a few times in the previous sixteen or twenty years of administration I have wished the old Mafia was still around.

Actually a LOT of Sicilians have come the past to decades to replace the hordes of mafiosi that have gone to prison or witness protection.

They are MUCH more brutal than Italian American mafiosi.

And the destruction of the Mafia has not happened. Indeed, they are quietly building their ranks and strength and varying their “interests” over the past decade.
