They have launched an app. The app developer claims it's only to help DACA recipients to exercise their constitutionally protected rights (which they don't actually have because DACA is an illegal act protected by Soros-funded judges that should be hauled before Congress and impeached for their traitorous ways).

Section 11.3 of the Developer Guide from Google requires that you certify that your application is in adherence to all laws local and federal.

Time to shut this stuff down.

(I searched and didn't see this, but I did have to take some time at work to do something else, so if it's already been posted, please take it down.)

Sounds to me like a conspiracy to commit multiple felonies.

So many countries have declared Soros a criminal. He’s done so many things to destroy the US and other nations. Why is he still a free man? You’d think someone would’ve imprisoned him by now.

Arrest Soros and hold him for a hearing before a magistrate.

Sounds to me like a great opportunity for normal people to play with the app and use it extensively. What would these criminals do if they were warned daily that an ICE raid was coming to their city/town?

“American dollars for the cause, constituting an interference of the U.S. Ambassador in domestic political affairs in violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. The cash—about $5 million—flowed through the State Department and USAID.”

Secretary Pompeo has a whole lot of housecleaning to do at the State Department. Clearing out that “Queer’s Nest” is going to take an epic effort.

Make a fake version of the app, and use it to collect their information and forward it to INS as “anonymous tips”.

I think that INS should serendipitously launch a similar app, to include a backdoor that tracks the user’s location at all times.

I would think this would be a clear violation of numerous laws, and would make the Soros organization liable to classification under the RICO statutes.

no one is going to be prosecuted.

The president of the Cal Senate Kevin De Leon admitted to helping half his family come and stay here illegally. Then he appointed an illegal to a state board in violation of federal immigration employment law. The Mayor of Oakland interfered with law enforcement enforcing immigration law.

No one has been arrested.

Irony is that this ridiculous app allows people to commit crimes and avoid law enforcement but when a racism accusation was made against a forum and hate speech accusations were made against certain radio talk show hosts, these resulted in swift endings for the good of the country, apparently.

True, they were repulsive and not representative of the best of America, but neither are sanctuary cities’ defiance of federal law enforcement or this new app.

Double standard again.

Could use some more info on inputs and outputs.

Inputs: Can anyone report that ICE has been spotted in his area?

Outputs: Who gets the warning? Anyone who has the app within a certain radius of the report?

Sounds like fun to me.

Sounds to me like conspiracy to obstruct justice for a start. AG Sesssions will get on this promptly.

Rush said twice or more that the two-tiered system of judicial rulings is going to meet up with a clash soon and it won’t be pretty.

(Bill,Hillary,Comey,Mueller,Obama and defiant sanctuary city leaders skate.

All conservatives get swiftly nailed, ruined financially, boycotted, prosecuted and ruled against by district fed. judges or fed prosecutors-—I think that’s his point. But help me out, please. What do you think the “won’t be pretty” clash will be?
Would an honest Att.Gen. replace Sessions and get active? Did he mean local Civil War? InfoWars pipe dreams don’t become reality,do they?

I believe this falls under:

18 U.S. Code § 2 - Principals

(a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal. (b) Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or another would be an offense against the United States, is punishable as a principal.

AND

18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States

If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Shut it down?
Time to prosecute.

If I made an app to help felons or even suspects evade law enforcement, what would happen to me?
