Breitbart ^ | 3 May 2018 | Jeff Poor

Thursday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani called on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to step in with special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election and end it.

According to the former New York City mayor, the original basis of the case is dead and is expanding into other things.

The Mueller investigation should never have been started in the first place. It needs to be shut down now.

Since there had to be a crime identified FIRST, BEFORE a special counsel was appointed, and there was none, the whole thing is illegitimate and unconstitutional.

The problem is they have DJT politically boxed in to remedy the Sessions-created mess.

Russian collusion isn’t dead. Someone from Trump’s campaign was on this am saying he was questioned in the past few weeks and Russia was front and center.

It's about time we had someone out there saying these things.

Congress needs to call Mueller in right now and ask what evidence of “Russian Collusion” he has. If he has some, indict. If not, shut it down.

“...It’s about time we had someone out there saying these things...”

More important, we need someone DOING THESE THINGS! It remains a mystery why Sessions is still AG. There has to be a reason. He shafted Trump and is all talk, so far. Rudy is there for a reason too — time to get things done and see a BUNCH of criminals indicted.

"Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani called on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to step in with special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election and end it." I love Rudy and the Italian sense of humor!🤣

OK, where are the folks who’ll claim that Guiliana’s call for Sessions to step and and end is really 4D chess by Sessions?

The time for wishing and calling on people to do the right is LONG past. For Trump to survive it is time for action. Starting with going after the chief punk Rosensweasel.

Sessions isn’t going anywhere voluntarily. Sessions can’t be so stupid as to have merely been a pawn or a stooge in this. It is beginning to appear that Sessions must have had a hand in orchestrating the entire enterprise.

JUT FIRE HIM ALREADY!

The people who claim there would be consequences are the same ones who hate him now anyway...

Neither Sessions nor Congress will ever do anything to put a stop to this unconstitutional General Warrant search.

In England, when someone criticized the King too much, he would issue General Warrants, and sic his sharpest lawyers on the person. They went fishing/hunting and if they didn’t find anything, they made it up.

That is why our FF made sure General Warrants were unconstitutional. Only crimes can be pursued, not people.

But, alas, the commies have rendered the U.S. post-constitutional.

Never should have been a Special Counsel in the first place as there was no crime whatsoever to investigate. It’s all a hoax created by the Democrats/leftists to get DJT impeached, because they aren’t in his favor.

I just heard some sweet (elderly) lady call in to Rush and said "why don't thousands of us who voted for Trump form a giant demonstration in Washington, grab that Mueller and drive a stake through his heart."

Then another lady called a few minutes after and expressed complete agreement with the first.

I'm ready too.

I would urge Rudy to seek a Writ of Prohibition in the Supreme Court, against any use of the highly questionable fruits of the Mueller investigation in any Federal Court, citing the wholesale irregularities & bullying tactics, as against the very suspect basis claimed to justify what has been done, and focusing also on the gravity of the distraction from the extremely critical nature of what is on the President's plate this year, on both the foreign & domestic front.

The balance, at this point is so one-sided in the President's favor, I think he might get the Writ, which would make the continued Mueller antics moot.

Sessions used to be a senator, but retired and somehow gets his retirement check from DOJ.
